Alain received his Master Degree of Sciences in Civil Engineering from INSA– Lyon in 1985 and completed his education in 6-Sigma process improvement programs and corporate finance.
He has spent 20 years in various international management positions, in the industrial sector, where he participated at the international expansion of large industrial groups –General Electric, Alstom and Fuji – as well as SME- living in many places such as Rabat, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Barcelona; he had to address complex industrial and business issues, in growth times as well as in recession times.
Alain GIUDICELLI has then entered the Executive Search Industry, working for prestigious international firms, in particular Whitehead Mann and Korn Ferry, specializing in international assignments, particularly in Europe, the Gulf and Africa, for executive search and assessments.
Alain is a member of Institut Français des Administrateurs, of Association pour le Progrès du Management, and a sponsor of MiddleNext (Mid-cap European public companies association); Alain lectures at INSEAD and ESSEC Business School on international career development and company governance.
He is fluent in English, French and Spanish, and used to speak Japanese.

Catherine brings a wealth of more than 30 years experience acquired in major leadership advisory firms.
Catherine was first involved with Spencer Stuart international searches for financial corporations and industrial conglomerates, participating in the growth and organization design of multinational corporations.
Then with Heidrick & Struggles, Catherine took part in the development of the firm in France, starting in the Finance and Real Estate Pratice before joining the international Industry and Services Pratice.
More recently, she was with a boutique executive search firm, Search Partners International, from the inception phase of the firm, serving a large spectrum of clients, from small and medium size enterprises to large corporations, either publicly, family, Private Equity or State owned.
She has developed a wide expertise in the fields of Industry, Public Services, Engineering, and Luxury across Europe.
Catherine is a graduate from Paris La Sorbonne in Foreign Languages and International Law ; she is fluent in French, English and Spanish. |

Maria Grazia holds a BA in Foreign Languages and Literatures and she is fluent in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
She has lived in Vienna, Dubai, London and Paris working in various sales and operations management roles for luxury hotel chains like Meridien and Rocco Forte Hotels.
She has 10 years experience in the international executive search industry in the Retail, Industrial and Service sectors, working on cross borders assignments, delivering global searches in complex multicultural environments.

Daniel started his career in the Human Resources field before joining PA International Managements Consultants, where he went on to found the Executive Search division of PA in France.
Twelve years later, he joined the Executive Search firm Neumann International, as founder and President of the French operations.
He was then promoted to Group Vice-President before being named CEO. As well as accelerating Neumann's international development, he managed worldwide operations, including the recruitment and development of international partners of the firm.
During all these years, Daniel has continued to advise CEO's and General Managers in their need to identify and bring in new leadership, covering a wide range of sectors and industries.
Daniel has been President of the French Executive Search professional association, President of the first European association and Board member of the American association.
More recently, Daniel has focused on coaching executives in the development of their career, building upon his experience of 40 years in the leadership advisory industry.
Beside these activities, Daniel devotes time to non-profit organizations, working closely with Chairmen and CEO's of some of the largest French companies.
